SuperAssets reads your records where they already live. Mews is connected today. For anything else, we build the connector when you ask, at no cost to you. Connectors are built in the order our customers ask for them.

  • Mews (PMS)
    Rooms come in from Mews, and updates arrive as they happen, so the room list in SuperAssets matches your PMS.
  • Readings and events API
    Send meter readings or equipment events to an asset with a secure token. A reading can be the evidence a requirement checks.
  • CSV export
    Export lists, readings and the audit log as CSV whenever you need them. Your data stays yours.

Your system, built when you ask

  • Property management (PMS)
    Opera, Protel, Apaleo or the PMS you run. Rooms and status come in, and the PMS stays exactly where it is.
  • Maintenance (CMMS)
    Read work orders and preventive maintenance records from the tool you use today, or move over from it.
  • BMS, DCIM and ticketing
    Bring service records and equipment data into the readiness check, without replacing the system they come from.

Integration questions

Which PMS do you connect to?

Mews today. Other PMS connectors are built on request, at no cost, in the order our customers ask for them.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

No. SuperAssets can start alongside your maintenance or hotel operations tool and read its records. You can move over later, or not at all.

Do you read live telemetry?

Telemetry is not assumed. Readings and events can be sent through the API, and connectors to your BMS or DCIM are built on request.

Can we get our data out?

Yes. Lists, readings and the audit log export as CSV.
