Pricing
Priced by asset, not by user
Pricing is based on the assets under your standard, not on how many people work on them. Users are unlimited.
The model
How the price is set
- Per assetYou pay for the assets that fall under your standard. Adding a colleague does not change the price.
- Unlimited usersEveryone who works on the assets can have access: housekeeping, maintenance, operations and managers.
- Plans start at 25 assetsBegin with what you want to check first, and add assets as the standard grows.
- You pay for what it keeps readyRules are the part of your standard SuperAssets checks and acts on for you. More rules means more checks, more data and more work raised automatically, so the bracket follows the value. Never capped by users or assets.
Estimate
Start small, grow with automation
Count the rooms or racks you want checked, the equipment inside each, and the automation rules you want running. Rules on equipment add up in the unit they belong to, and that total sets the bracket. The equipment itself costs nothing extra. A rule is one condition that raises work when it fails, such as an air handler serviced within 90 days.
Plans start at 25 assets, so smaller counts are priced as 25.
Above 10 rules, each extra rule adds to the price per unit.
Starting prices per unit per month, by rules per unit
| Bracket | Rules per unit | Hotel, per room | Data center, per rack |
|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 0 to 2 | $2.50 | $15 |
| Professional | 3 to 5 | $5 | $30 |
| Enterprise | 6 to 10 | $8 | $50 |
| Enterprise Plus | 11+ | $8 + $0.50 per rule above 10 | $50 + $2 per rule above 10 |

What counts as an asset
Whatever you check against a standard
An asset is anything you define requirements for, such as a room or a cooling unit. A hotel can start with one room type or one equipment group.
What goes into a quote
Four things, scoped with you
- Assets How many assets fall under the standard.
- Automation Which conditions are configured to raise work.
- Onboarding What it takes to define your standard with you.
- Integrations and support The systems you need connected, and the support around them.
FAQ
Pricing questions
Is pricing per user?
No. Pricing is based on the assets under your standard, not on how many people work on them. Users are unlimited.
What is the smallest plan?
Plans start at 25 assets.
What decides the price per asset?
How many automation rules apply to it. An automation rule is a requirement SuperAssets keeps for you: when it fails, the work that restores readiness is created. Rules on a unit and on its equipment add up: 0 to 2 rules is Starter, 3 to 5 Professional, 6 to 10 Enterprise, and above 10 Enterprise Plus.
Does adding rules make each rule more expensive?
No, cheaper. Per hotel room, a rule costs about $1.25 at Starter (2 rules for $2.50), $1 at Professional (5 for $5), $0.80 at Enterprise (10 for $8), and $0.50 for every rule above 10. The more of your standard SuperAssets keeps for you, the less each part of it costs.
Is equipment inside a room or rack billed?
No. You pay per room or rack. Its equipment is included, and the rules on that equipment count toward the unit bracket.
How does this compare with per-user pricing?
Per-user tools charge for every login, and often add premium tiers for features on top. In a hotel, the housekeepers, technicians, front desk and managers who touch rooms quickly add up to dozens of people. Here everyone is included, and the core product is in every bracket.
Are there add-on fees?
Not for the core product. Optional modules, such as parts and inventory, add a small fee per asset, only for the assets you switch them on for.
Is there a pilot?
Yes, for a small group of founding pilot partners. During the 60-day pilot you pay 25% of the regular price. If you continue: 30% off for two years, then 10% below list price for as long as you stay, and never more than 5% up in a year.
How do we start?
With one real operational challenge: one room type, one equipment group, or one handover.
